Game Overview
Monopoly slot is a WagerWorks slot game that sports nine paylines and five reels. You have a maximum coin bet of one per payline, with a maximum bet of $/£/€ 5 per payline or $/£/€ 45 per spin. The maximum bet is relatively lower compared to other slot games, but nevertheless it allows you to win as much as 25,000 coins or ore than a million dollars.
Like many multi-line slot game, the best thing you could do is to control the only thing you can control in the game - your bet. Make sure you play with maximum number of coins as this allows you to play and win the maximum pot of the game. Studying the icons and learning the payout rates etc. is also helpful in maximizing your winnings.
Also, if you notice the paylines going cold, back down on the coin value. There are cases where the max bets won't hit for a positive win for 30 or more times. But don't back all the way down to the minimum (usually $.01) because you will lose out on any bonuses that you might get. If you suspect that the winless streak will be prolonged, go with $.05 coins and bet the max.
The Symbols on Your Reels
If you want to win big, you might want to make you winning combination appear on your payline. But if you really want to make your credits work magic, you should focus more on the icons that will give you more.
First of them if your wild symbol. Mr. Stanley would be your proxy to other reels with the exception of the bonus and multiplier symbols. Use him to your advantage by substituting him to form winning combinations. Or better yet, get five of his icon on the reel to win the top prize of 25,000 coins.
On the Bonus side, you have two options. One is to get at least three community chest icons on your reels.
If you do so, the game would be paused and you will be given a chance to select a symbol. Hidden under the symbol are multipliers, which would multiply your winnings.
The second symbol you should look out for is the ‘Pass and Go’ icon. Hit three of them in your active payline and you will trigger another bonus game. This time you go down to the monopoly board and roll the dice and see where you will land on the monopoly board.
You will then go to the Monopoly Bonus board. Here, you can roll the dice
and collect the bonus cash. You begin this bonus round with an reward amount
of 10. Each time you land on a property, you will have the reward value
corresponding with the property to your award.
If you make it completly around the board and get passes GO, the property
rewards on the board get larger. The first time past GO will double the
reward amount. After passing GO twice, the property rewards are tripled.
If you land on Chance, you will be moved randomly forward on the board. If
you stop on Free Parking, you will be randomly rewarded with a large bonus.
There are also Go to Jail bonus, where you win a bonus round multiplier if
you roll doubles before three tries. As well as a Land on Go bonus, where
you will earn a 2x bonus multiplier.
